We build with WordPress almost exclusively at XEARA. Although we have tested many other Content Management Systems over the years for building websites, WordPress always wins in every way imaginable.
It is rare, when a client asks for a particular functionality that does not already exist to immediately download, install, and implement. For any functionality that doesn't exist, we have our own WordPress developer on staff to address those situations.
There are tools built specifically for WordPress to assist in building out the pages of a website. We have worked with most of them at one point or another:
We tend to choose either Divi or Breakdance for most projects due to their ease of use, as well as the ability to easily teach our clients how to manage their own websites with minimum instruction.
Wix, Squarespace, Godaddy Website Builder, etc.
We can work with the major online website builders like Wix and Squarespace, but over the long term, owning your code and website is always a better solution because you have the most control and flexibility to design and build what you want with almost no limitations. And if you decide to do a website rebuild, it's very easy to accomplish with WordPress.
